Box Upgrade Time
I am about to enquire about a new Samsung V+HD box but I am wondering how long you have to keep it before they will offer you a upgrade, a la the TiVo produced box.
Any (rough) ideas?

Re: Box Upgrade Time
They will not offer you an free upgrade as it would actually be a chargeable upgrade for anyone who wants the TIVO once it is released.

Although to be honest we don't yet know the full TiVo details. What will be coming this year is basically a pilot box

Once they come online I doubt that anyone will get one as a free upgrade as they will expect this to be a money spinner.

Re: Box Upgrade Time
In comparison to the £75 I'd be paying for this (second box) surely this TiVo can't cost much more?
