Re: Are you a security wizard?
The best security question to ask is why the URL has the words VOTE in the title.. In that case you've all failed

Re: Are you a security wizard?
We have something at work re-Data Protection. It's humourous to a point with some of the answers, but highly subjective and open to all kinds of intepretations.
Written by market researchers with little idea of what a computer is.
22/30 BTW and having seen the answers would dispute those wrong.

Re: Are you a security wizard?
28/30, only wrong one being the exe question, because relying on a virus scanner to tell you something is fine is still dumb, although it does say "probably ok", which is true.

I'd love to see which you'd dispute as the only one I would think of disputing would be the one about running the EXE, there definitely aren't another 3 which can be argued any other way.

I`d certainly dispute the terminology for spyware, surely a keylogger is spyware!
From Wiki so it must be right
Quote:
|
Spyware is a type of malware that is installed on computers and collects little bits of information at a time about users without their knowledge. The presence of spyware is typically hidden from the user, and can be difficult to detect. Typically, spyware is secretly installed on the user's personal computer. Sometimes, however, spywares such as keyloggers are installed by the owner of a shared, corporate, or public computer on purpose in order to secretly monitor other users.
