Question Adsense ads not showing on NTLWorld websites

I have had Google Adsense ads displaying on my ntlworld-hosted website for about three years now. On Wednesday 19th May the ads stopped displaying, replaced by blank spaces. The problem is affecting all websites hosted on homepage.ntlworld.com.

The problem was reported in the Adsense forum on May 21st:

http://www.google.com/support/forum/...7b2c863c&hl=en

Google are saying we should contact NTL to seek a solution to this problem.

Can somebody help us, please?

Thanks!

You would need to contact VM tech support, This forum is not owned by VM but there are some very good VM staff post on here that may be able to help in that area.

Thanks for replying.

The problem was posted on the Virgin Media forum two weeks ago but VM didn't respond:

http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/...pace/m-p/66109

Hopefully a VM representative will post here soon.

In the meantime I'll try phoning tech support - I'll post back with the results.

Re: Adsense ads not showing on NTLWorld websites

Okay, I phoned tech support and they were very helpful - but unfortunately they didn't give me the answer I had been hoping for!

VM say they only provide the webspace and they have no control over the content of that webspace.

Therefore, I should get back to Adsense and tell them it is THEY who need to resolve this!

Wish me luck ...
