Webcam software
Looking for a free piece of software to record something when it moves using my webcam.
I wanna see what my dog does when I am not there.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Wow, you're friendly - anyway, I wasn't offering opinions on what you were doing - I was asking for clarification.

Re: Webcam software
QuickCam, available here: http://vwlowen.co.uk/moreinternet/files.htm is a great program a friend of mine built. Works with any USB webcam.

I use Zoneminder on Ubuntu. I've got three IP cameras but you can use USB webcams.
