Has the newsgroup support stopped?

I was trying to post on newsgroups and noticed all the virgin media support groups dont have much activity in last 50 days......

Reason i was checking is im due to get a HD box from them today by courier but you know what its like.. will it come.. wont it.. and i dont have a tracking number for them etc...

And when i phone up support im put through to india and all that... get no useful information at all!

Re: Has the newsgroup support stopped?

Yep, support stopped a month or two ago with the official VM forum taking over the support.. Will find a link to the relevant thread and then close this one
