This is a 'free' country, so yes we SHOULD be able to.

Its WWII (Roman II for 2), not WW11

I would have thought wearing your trousers half way down your legs like that would make it harder to run away from the crime scene

It's, not its
I think this video demonstrates the hazards of wearing trousers down low rather well

LOL last time I looked we were in the grip of a big brother state where 99% of our lives are governed by labour. JK its 98%
Joking aside, like many people I think these low slung trousers\jeans look rediculous and those that wear them like that are idiots, but its fashion unfortunatly.
Aside from the punks all other styles back when I were a lad were smart. Mods, Skins, Rockers, Casuals et al. But now we have all this grunge, emo, scene types who started wearing low slung which was then followed by the chavs who think it looks cool with their joggers round thier arses. So while as a fashion statement it may be ok I think its one fashion that would be better relegated to the back of the closet. I cant see how someone can have or get an ASBO for the style of clothing they happen to wear.

Any coutnry that has time to worry about how some people dress like fools rather then get on with important thins is a country that is in serious need of help once upon a time we had a thing called a sense of humour to deal with such things but thats far too easy and radical to apply today in the UK.

A miniskirt on an old guy is not much worse than the hot pants many wear, the Postman and the Bus Driver now get hot pants as part of their uniform, who next, the Police.
Let's all hope and pray that the next fad is not going to be their wives wearing miniskirts as well.
Taste, you either have it or you don't....

The UK has never been a 'free' country.
In Port Talbot there's a minor local celebrity 'tramp' who claims to be proud of his Scottish roots etc whilst wearing a kilt around the place.
His 'kilt' is actually a pleated skirt but no-one has the heart to tell him.
