Hello
Hello everyone,
Longtime watcher, just registered.
I am a field engineer for VM, so thought I would try and help a few people out on here now and again.
Im not so good with forums, so If I make any mistakes, correct me.

When I get through to tsc they are so much more helpful compared to ringing through to service ops.

lol. Im still relatively new to the business, I am fine with all the technical stuff, some of the processes and abbriviations still catch me out sometimes though I must say
