Windows Update issue??
Morning

switched on PC this morning and was told there were some important Windows updates, so I downloaded and installed using the marvellous Windows update system. 3 updates were installed 1 critical, 1 recommended and 1 optional. After restart no internet!! Rebooted again and still no internet. Rebooted modem, router and pc again and still nothing. Uninstalled the optional update k976422 - SD card update thingy, and lo and behold I has internets again!!
Anyone else had issues today?

Just done the updates myself including the 32gb SD update.. No problems here on a win7 system

If it's not broke, don't update it. That's my motto I only ever do critical updates only. I leave drivers to the manufactuer sites not Microsoft.

Even Microsofts own driver updates are pants. I have a vx-6000 MS webcam that I cannot run the MS software for (lifecam) on an MS XP SP3 machine.
