can't log into additional mail address

Hello hope you can help.

For the past few weeks my wife hasn't been able to access her e-mails. It seems to work when i use my username and password but hers doesn't

It was set up some time ago as an additional or sub e-mail address to my ntlworld.com account, which i access through Windows Mail.

She hasn't been able to view her mail for weeks now, and if i try to log in on the virginmedia.com website using her address and my password, it just doesn't work. Neither can i see any option on the webmail site to change her account details and try that way

You will need to call Tech Support who should be able to resolve this for you.

Call in on 151 from a Virgin phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone.
