What are these like as i know these r the ones Virgin used to give before the D Link...
Reason i was asking is cos the Dlink firmware is limited and i found this...

Re: Netgear WNR2000
My honest opinion - dire.
They are so bad even Virgin stopped using them!
Take the plung and do the dd-wrt upgrade on your dir-615 - you won't be disappointed.

The reason im posting links to ones in Argos is cos it saves me ordering offline and waiting times for delivery.

Did the netgear have Netgears own firmware or a VM Version?

Netgears own as we originally did not offer support for the router and transferred all calls to Netgear.

Re: Netgear WNR2000
The one you link to on Argos is what I am using as my primary router and it works really well - standard belkin firmware.
I have my two DIR-615's hooked up as wireless bridges but bought the Belkin before dd-wrt was possible on the 615's.

Re: Netgear WNR2000
I had one and it was poor. I constantly had to restart it due to either speed issues, or wireless devices not being able to connect. After a week of complaining to Virgin, they sent me a DIR 615 to replace it with and it's been flawless.
