I'm guessing you meant accepted? excepted (if the word exists) means would have been more disgruntled. Glad you can be patient though and accept they are coming abeit a little letter than originally anticipated

First of all, ALL the boxes are owned by Virgin Media, they cannot be sold to third parties, if they are being advertised on e-bay, it is likely that they are stolen. Secondly, one cannot just plug the box in. As far as I am aware, an engineer has to match it to the address and account it is working on.

Hi, all new channels have appeared including Cartoonito (Wirral, part of Manchester network). We were upgraded to NGTV shortly after Midnight.

Probably not, it's a bit of a Frankenstein of a channel to be honest and in more ways than one, it was probably part of the clause if they wanted Discovery HD.
