cable router problem

Hi everybody i am having a problem with setting up my cable router and any help would be greatly appriciated .Ok so here are the details, i have tried 2 wireless routers one is a dlink dir 615 and the other is a sitecom wl 341 both routers connect by ethernet to my main pc and both laptops will connect by ethernet but when i try to connect wirelessly they see the network but will not connect. The ssid and wpa2 codes are both correct and have been tried on a few occasions just to be sure, i have a cable connection with virgin media.
If any more details are needed please let me know and thanks in advance for any help

Are you putting the key in caps if it is in caps on the label? Can you connect wirelessly if you turn off the security on the router for testing?

Hi paul tried caps that does not work. How do i turn off the security on the router ? do you mean the firewall if so tried that as well
