On 10mbps and getting <1mbps in NG17?

My connection has been slow as hell all day, noticed the Return Path light on my VBox is flashing too so wondering if they are connected?

Bypassed the router and plugged straight into the CM and rebooted it, did a speed test at the top of this page and getting:

Code:
Sun, 28 Feb 2010 20:55:24 UTC

Test 1: 1024K took 11497 ms = 89.1 KB/sec, approx 734 Kbps, 0.72 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 22230 ms = 46.1 KB/sec, approx 380 Kbps, 0.37 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 11014 ms = 93 KB/sec, approx 766 Kbps, 0.75 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 21528 ms = 95.1 KB/sec, approx 784 Kbps, 0.77 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 666 Kbps, 0.65 Mbps

To repeat this test from the source server click here.
Looks like a local fault or the UBR's have finally melted!! Anyone else getting slow speeds in NG17?

Getting very low speeds myself, downloading at a super fast 40KB/s atm from gamefiles.virginmedia.com.

My connection had actually been fairly good recently too since being moved to a different Basford UBR.
