Free 10mb upgrade

Guys,

My mother in law was on 2mb connection (BB size M) and from speed tests on her machine this evening shockingly appears to still be on this. I was originally on the 2mb connection myself but was upgraded free of charge to the 10mb (BB Size L) connection during the reshuffle/introduction of 50mb. Is the free upgrade still available and if so how would she go about getting this, just call Customer Services?

Re: Free 10mb upgrade

All BB M customers with a modem should now be upgraded to the 10Mbit speed. I would see what Tech Support say

Re: Free 10mb upgrade

That would still be 2Mbit, but would obviously show on the bill as BB S rather than M or L

Re: Free 10mb upgrade

Call Tech Support and they will send provisioning signals to the modem to give it the correct speed.

You need to call Tech Support which is open 24/7 on 151 from your Virgin Media Phone.

It's absolutely free.

Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.
