Re: Our signal levels and other issues

Couild do with seeing the rest of the modem stats. I'd worry about this because you shouldn't be losing sync. It could be that they're messing around on the network and if it seems to be OK (this evening will be a teller), you could leave it to settle and keep checking your event log and get back to us on Monday or whenever you wish.

Here they are as requested, not sure anything looks abnormal there.

it could be that they're working on the network.

Just checked the logs again and the last loss of sync was at 12:38pm it looks like it was doing it at 10 - 20 minute periods earlier, nothing for a while so could be all clear :/

Re: Our signal levels and other issues

Between those 3 sets of modem stats the downstream power and downstream snr seem to fluctuate a lot ( +6 down to -1 ). Have you moved the position of your modem as a 7db difference is a lot.

Re: Our signal levels and other issues

Hi Calmpitbull, not at all, it's been in the same spot forever.

I have noticed every time I refresh the page it changes. even once every second - currently fluctuating between 41.1 and 38 on the Downstream SNR. Power level is fluctuating from 6.1 and 6.5dBmV

Re: Our signal levels and other issues

I get small variations on SNR and downstream power. I'm sure in my case it's temparature related.

Now our internet has just given up completely... rebooted the modem and still nothing

log shows nothing about it being disabled by provisioning... the way it reads, there's no net at all... maintenance or worse?

Restarted it a couple more times and it's working again... strange

We've had a few issues over the last week forcing the modem to be restarted... it just looses connection sometimes, but this was by far the worst.
