Level 2 help please
Hi,
I go regularly to Cozumel in Mexico for scuba diving.
When there, I can never download my mails. As soon as I leave the country and get to the USA, the mails will come flooding down.
I have spoken to an ex NTL Level 2 tech who informs me I need to request from Level 2 to get my email address removes from external blacklist servers run on behalf of Virgin. One of these is called Blackwell I believe.?
I've tried India twice and despite explaining all this, I get told it is a problem with my Outlook.???
Can someone please confirm what I have been told by the ex tech is correct, and possibly help me get this sorted.?
