It is inclusive for all customers taking dual Sky Movies.... ask Customer Care to check the news on the intranet, there is an article on there about it. There is a Team that are supposed to be removing the charge from accounts and refunding any overcharges over the last month or so.

thats what i was told last month but rang today and told diffrent i will ring and ask to speak to customer care...
