I've currently got a cupboard full of router/print server/ata/who knows what else along with the mountain of cable. I'm looking at relocating some of it slightly more neatly but the ideal location is in the same cupboard as the main fuse box.
Is that likely to have a significant impact on the wireless or (less likely) wired network?

Keep the ethernet leads as short as possible and try and route the cables at right angles to any power lines, this should minimize any interference ue to an effect called mutual inductance.
