Renting HD Movie Lags

I have the V+ Service and rented a HD Movie not long ago, whilst watching it the movie worked ok at the start then started to lag really bad and picture quality degrading and sound getting all muffed up, i had to pause the movie and like wait as if it was buffering.. :S

It has happened before on movies this isn't the first time, one time, this was ages ago now and it wasn't a HD Movie, this happened and then the movie came up with an error, content unavailable or something similar then we phoned up and they reset the box for us, then it was fixed, but this is happening again, no errors.

What could it be? Also the green box over the road isn't even shut properly, the top bit is like open, couldn't water get inside and damage it, could this be the cause? internet is working fine as in no weird disconnections etc? should i call?

Re: Renting HD Movie Lags

It's likely to be a signal level fault. Yes, you should call.

Certainly sounds like it's due to the green box. I'd phone up and see what they say.
