HDTV setup help V+box

hi all
i have a v+box useing hd

When i can i see the hd test card on my box is there a chanel and or time to see this i think i am not getting the best pic out of my box/tv

Yeah, BBC HD after closedown...usually around 1am - 4pm, not sure how often the test card comes around, but I think it's at least every 20 minutes or so. HTH

The test card is usually shown on the bbc hd channel just before the hour during the hd preview in the daytime, so no need to stay up until the early hours.
I recorded it as it is only on for a couple of minutes, and use the pause feature to give me more time to set up the tv

This blog post from the BBC tells you when the thing is broadcast, and how to correctly use it to set up both colour, and audio lag.
