50mb dropping out

50mb dropping out

Seems to be dropping out a lot. Just wondered how I found out how Iif it wasnt working properly. Seems to stop n then speeds are very slow after re load

Test 1: 1024K took 383 ms = 2673.6 KB/sec, approx 22030 Kbps, 21.51 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 395 ms = 2592.4 KB/sec, approx 21361 Kbps, 20.86 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 390 ms = 2625.6 KB/sec, approx 21635 Kbps, 21.13 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 1717 ms = 1192.8 KB/sec, approx 9829 Kbps, 9.6 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 18714 Kbps, 18.27 Mbps

No issues with your power levels at all.

If your speeds are slow call the 50Mb Support team tomorrow morning after 0800 on 0800 052 0431.

still slow.not been at home to make the call.also on a quick note they never left the usb dongle.so i phoned and they sent one out but its only g speeed.should it also be n speed too?

Yes you need to call in and tell them it is the XXL USB adaptor.
