He fell out, the box was most probably not meant for carrying his sort of weight, we can only hope he didn't have far to fall and he is ok.

TBH so do I . We have not heard enough from the parents as to why it was inflated or anything. Publicity stunt or attention seeking perhaps
It appeard earlier that they called the tv station before the police

Apparently the father is a storm chaser who uses the balloons for research purposes.

Yeah out of the mouths of babes. It does look like a set up to me now. I think these people thive on attention. I feel they should be charged with wasting police time
