Video Capture From Dazzle

I have a Dazzle DVC100 with Pinnacle to capture the video ,is there anything out there that I can use instead of Pinnacle to capture the video that uses less resources on the PC.

Hi,
You can try AMCap, my grandson has used this in conjunction with his Pinnacle software and Dazzle to capture PAL60 games in colour.
It's an evalution but it seems to run forever. The Dazzle is meant to run with Pinnacle and I haven't tried to capture with just AMCap but it may work ok. It's only about 300k download.

Re: Video Capture From Dazzle

It seems like you have to install Pinnacle to get it to work ,cant you just the drivers for the Dazzle on its own and then use other software to capture the video .?

Pinnacle should use AMcap as thier primary capture drivers, one that's installed then any video capture software will do..
