Dead calls are usually an automated dialer that calls a number, if someone answers then it gets put through to an available operator... Problem is that there's never enough operators so the call just gets left until either an operator picks it up or the person called puts the phone down..

Nothing to do with VM..Though OFCOM are trying to stop this type of dead call

Are you registered with TPS?

yes registered with tps and mps last week

yes was registered at my last home and found it very effective , only been here 6 months and forgot to renew it
