INFURIATING!!!!!!!!!!! Why is it always so hard to give money to VM!!! Trying to upgrade to 50mb but "india calling" are beyond a joke!!!! Time for another email to my mate trevor elliott!!!

Finally, got it ordered, the difference between call ctrs is beyond a joke!!!!! Was getting told it was a silly price by the offshore call ctr, yet when I finally got through to some who spoke English (well ok Scottish, but it was close!!) they came up with the correct price!!

Install next Tuesday

Install done today, running like a dream. Got my install half price as they were meant to turn up yesterday but there was an admin cockup.

No problems with the new router or with usenet (just queued up a quick 4gb download of friends episodes to test it out and am hitting full speed with giganews, 20 connections, using ssl)
