Re: 50Mb areas
Don't say i didn't warn you if usenet is your thing expect regular speed drops as most of us are getting but when i try off the net for example blueyonder games i can get my full speed no matter of time, switch back to usenet with in a short time my speeds drop specially in the day.

By drops, how low does it drop to? I think in another of your posts you said around 20mb speeds?

In honesty if I get just that I'll be happy. It'll be better than my 20mb-but-normally-5mb-after-being-traffic-managed connection at present.

Thing is though mate there is meant to be no traffic shaping of any sorts on 50mb atm.

Re: 50Mb areas
I am in Swindon and got 50MB today, seems good so far, testing at a pretty consistent 49MB. My 20MB was awful, in peak times I would only get 5 to 10. Engineer said we the 2nd one in town, so hopefully it will stay uncongested for a while!
