Dammit, even BT can't get keep their main exchange at King Henry I street working.

has the free router option expired? called tonight and told I'd need to pay if I wanted the router ?
(read the forum alot, but finally getting round to posting, not too much knowledge to share on these subjects)

The N router is part of the package which also includes the USB N wireless adaptor, it is not an offer it is the deal, I presume you spoke to India so ring again tomorrow.

50mb being installed on the 17th £50 install and setup.
inc free modem, router and wireless n dongle.
managed to get my VIP package with the 50mb connection for £70 a month  so happy chappy. Role on the 17th
This is Baldock BTW. (Herts)

My wife works from home so relies on the connection being stable.

No word of a lie, I have a Bye Bye Standby device connected to the modem power supply so I can easily turn the power off/on when required.

£50 install charge? should of asked for a £30 discount on install...thats what new customers are getting (if you are out of 12 month contract)

Had mine since last Friday and i can't say I've had much grief with it so far speeds are pretty reliable around 5.9mb/s certainly no hassles using Usenet here with speeds its been rock solid (me touches wood).
