It's in Mansfield I think, they've got a good exchange down there.

Engineer has just come and guess what?? He's never installed one before He's had to get in touch with is supervisor who is 15 miles away to show him how to install one, the engineer has gone to the exchange to pick up a router for me.
This just shows what Kelly employs.

They are I thought they were employed be Kellys but they are employed by Virgin which is a good thing, anyway everything is up and running and currently getting speeds of 46MBPS so that will do me. The supervisor was spot on and pinned the blame at Virgins door for the engineers not knowing how to install the 50meg through lack of training, they've had to do the training online. They have to flick a switch at the box so your line is stable. It took them 30 minutes to install it and get it up and running.
