Re: Free 2 to 10 upgrade
Got my upgrade last night, confirmed when I logged into my VM account that now tells me I'm on 10Mb M.
Max speed I got though was only 5Mb but this could be due to one or two things...I'm still running an old 4100 as the new CM hasn't arrived yet, and I was doing the test over an 11g connection that can be a little iffy sometimes.
Anyway, not too concerned yet until I sort those 2 things out.

Warrington area has been upgraded, not sure why your not receiving 10meg...
when you signed up at virginmedia.com/gofaster did it confirm your order/upgrade request?

Re: Free 2 to 10 upgrade
Registered today, but it looks as if the registration is just to test your modem to see if it is suitable for the upgrade. Still in 2M at the moment in w.herts.

Hi SUPERCOOLWILLOW and welcome to the forum.
From your speedtedt results I would say you have been upgraded. Had you not been your results would have been similar to those in nodrogd's post.
