I couldn't find this anywhere else, please forgive me if it's posted and I've missed it

There's a free licensed version of Paragon Partition Manager 2009 SE available at the moment (for another 12hours 43 mins at the time of posting)

Unzip the package you've downloaded, and carefully read the instructions which you can find in the readme.txt file. This readme.txt file is included with all our downloads. Follow the instructions carefully to install and activate the software.

The instructions from the Zip file are as follows

Installation

Unzip the package you`ve downloaded and run Setup.exe which is included in the package, to
install and activate the software. You will get the registration key info by e-mail during the installation process.

You have to install it before the Giveaway offer for the software is over.
