"Virgin Media 50meg the mother of all broadband"... I KNOW WHICH MOTHER IT IS
A few weeks ago I phoned up and spoke to Customer Relations and got £17 off the bill each month. By the end of this, once they have it sorted they owe me a full refund which has been marked on my account as well by the Customer Relations chap, which I'm grateful they have sorted for me. So money wise they have been good to see me right for the hassle i've had and still having.
But I want this issue sorted..

I did speak to 2nd level today... very helpful. I did ping test to my Gateway and got tons of packet loss while they was on the phone as the 50mb speeds dropped and he was able to see it (again). He then rang back later on to say that the modem upstream power was to high and the downstream needed to be lowered.
But he did also mention it may be a problem with an amplifier which they'd need to spot where this issue was by extended testing once the power levels was sorted so another tech is to come tomorrow. Which will be fun since what i'm been told is the same 2nd line found some 7 weeks ago.
