Re: Lcd Tv 32" ?

I don't know about this particular model but I've got other electronic equipment from Aldi and it is higher standard than similarly priced stuff you'll get in Argos and the like and It does have a 3 year warranty.

If you're near an Aldi have a look, you might be pleasantly suprised.

Re: Lcd Tv 32" ?

Hi, i myself have had a sumsung 32 inch LCD tv for over a year now without any probs, the picture quality is excellent and it is a very sleek design.

I would recommend sumsung without any reservation.Mine also has 3 HDMI inputs,2x scarts and a component pc input.

Here is a link to dixons take a look just click the samsung option on the drop down menu, i believe you can click on a link for more info or just google.

Or this one seems to fit your description of what you want.

Don't touch the aldi unless you like grey blacks, motion blurring, and ghosting.

Get this one.

The reviews for it are outdated as it now has a newer panel (giving it 30,000:1 contrast ratio, and a improved response time)

Also, use the code MARCH10 to get £10 off and it's yours for the bargain price of £319.99

Re: Lcd Tv 32" ?

I too would recommend Samsung.

Someone was asking me today what I thought about 1080p at 32". I'm used to 720p at the moment and don't know if 1080 would make much difference on 32". I doubt it. Could it make it worse?

Pointless unless you like sitting a foot away from the TV. You won't notice the difference at usual viewing distances, and it will require SD to be upscaled even more. So you're introducing extra artifacts from upscaling, for a negligible increase in quality on HD.

Plus for the cost of a 1080 panel at 32inch you could get a higher spec 720p one. For the same money you're basically choosing between a high end 720p panel, or a budget 1080p panel.

Re: Lcd Tv 32" ?

If you want to watch TV as it is supposed to be seen, then get a plasma, not an LCD. Have a look at this...

http://www.electrical-deals.co.uk/ei...FQ5GQwodUDy3DQ

This plasma will blow away any LCD in this price range and above. Fact.
