I have just format my PC few weeks back and i can't format it again cause i dnt have time to do it these days.I a super busy with my exams and no time to find and install all the softwares i have now.Can any of you give a good solution for me except re-installing the XP.

System restore might be an option if a restore point has been set.

Would also probably be worth running cleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/ and doing a registry scan to make sure nothing has been left that is bringing up these errors.

If you have your Windows disc to hand you can also try, as an administratively-powered user;
sfc /scannow
Which should fix any UX Theme .dll inconsistencies.

A quick temporary fix if you do not require any files on the PC just use of the computer could be to use a Linux Distro such as Linux Mint and just boot from the disk http://www.linuxmint.com/download.php and when you have more time you can reinstall XP.

Or just do a repair reinstall of Windows which will just install Windows over itself, meaning that you won`t lose any software. Give it a try.
