I to am STILL waiting for a Serial Number (luckily I had the PCW Mag so don't need to download the s/w).
I applied at 8pm last night but still no serial code email.

Strangely I told someone in Poland about the offer after reading about it here. He has reported back that he has his serial and has downloaded it?
On the bright side, I had already purchased TrueImage Home 11 last year only to find it to be unreliable rubbish. Logging into their site to try to fathom whats going on with this Version 10 offer I find that Version 11 has been upgraded so I'm downloading that ATM. Maybe it works now.
The Acronis site and downloads are really sloooow!!!

not your fault mate it was a good find we may still get it anyway. Anyone who does not have a ghosting program of any kind have managed without one upto now
