But I actually think he has a point.

If his connection is not working they should fix it, not leave it for three months, yes, the detail does go OTT but it just adds weight to his argument.

I find it rather suspect because if it was me or you then we would not let it drag on for 3 months, but someone with an grudge might.

I may be wrong but it is very suspect.

I don't disagree, but let's be fair, he could easily have taken this above VM. 3 months of paying for a product which doesnt work is unacceptable.
