Running polycom PVX through Virgin BB

Hi,

installed Polycom PVX as required my management today, opened up the nessasary ports on my NetgearWGR614 router and I am only receiving audio and video not sending, all looks good this end.
Has anyone any ideas what is wrong same set up works on another providers connection.
Is this and NTL/Virgin issue
