All of the techies and call center staff who hangout/staff this site in their spare time.
Last year I was having a blumming nightmare with VM and you guys helped me out. I ended up getting three months free service of BB ,TV and Phone.

Yes it is. But could I ask an innocent question? Do techies and call centre staff really hang out here in their spare time?

I can see good business sense in strategically placing techies on forums to deal with issues without the constraints and formalities that come with a 'real' company/customer relationship.

Maybe I'm just a miserable ol' git .
