Would be good if the software companies were taking the PC owners to court instead of what they're actually doing and taking the internet account holders to court

NAS devices with a built in bittorrent client have been around for a while. Given the (lack of) competency of most of the investigations going on in the US, I don't think it'll make any difference to litigation. In the UK, no idea... I thought the BPI weren't going after people any more though?
