New PC Build

OK so i have decided i will be building a new PC and would like some advice. I have looked into it and have come up with this:
Processor

have done in post above. A lot of people including myself have had success with the AC97 its not expensive but does a good job

looks like a good rig you got there, with regards to the PSU I would go for a modular system as its easier on the airflow in the system, also I would go for Vista 64bit instead of 32.

Only problem with that though is X64 utilises more ram I would want at least 4 gig if that was the way I was going
