Hi guys just so you all know...this email is fine... The company are listening to your views and making changes based on your feedback. EXAMPLE: Broadband tech support was moved from 09062121111 to 151 because of this survey... Every single response (after dealing with customer care) is read also...Not so sure about feedback from the other departments.
