Re: NTL reshapes it's homepage
Just to clarify a couple of points around the redesign. Firstly, I am disappointed that someone felt the need to place the links on here when all trialists agree to a non-disclosure agreement.
However, I am so pleased so many of you want to take an interest and want to pass comment on the new designs, the reason you will not have seen the designs is that we only sent them to our 2000 trialists, as we are able to then manage their views whilst taking a good sample of our customer base's opinion. If any of you would like to complete a structured survey around the 3 designs before Monday Evening, please pm me and I will send you the link to our recruitment page and the survey.

AFAIK, the thread starter simply found the links et al in the public domain. Whoever posted them where he first saw them has presumably broken their NDA, but no one here has.

This is not about blame, but purely to explain to your members some background behind what we are doing. This forum has given us support in the past with other trials and is a good tool for communication. Just did not want people to think they were being left out.

Just wanted to add a little to this discussion since the subject of who was asked has come up.
We (ntl Trials Team) have always openly invited anyone who wished to take part in our trials to volunteer by providing their details at http://www.ntlworld.com/data-feeds/editorial/microsites/trials/ .
Everyone asked to feedback on the new potential designs was recruited from our existing triallist database (made up of people who have volunteered via this link or who have already taken part in trials in the past and I reiterate our invitation to all. If you want to be considered for future trials or similar surveys to this one, just sign up via the link.

Re: NTL reshapes it's homepage
That will be because the trial will have finished, so the pages will have been removed.

Re: NTL reshapes it's homepage
All feedback is being reviewed at the moment and a new design will be chosen soon.
Personally I have no idea at present when the new design will be launched.
