My modem still says I'm on 4Mb, but I've just restarted it and now I'm on 10Mb woo.

haha, im in LE3 too, apparently the 4mb NTL:Buisines service isn't seeing the same upgrade. But at least i don't get capped :P

I'm in Northamptonshire, but I don't see the new speed yet. The modem's (Ambit 120) status page says "Software Upgrade OperStatus : failed". Rebooted it a few times, but no change.

That is rather an old modem best to call Tech Support and sse about getting a New one.

I'm in Cardiff, the upgrade page says the upgrade in this area is complete, but I'm still on 4mb after rebooting the modem. Is the page wrong?

I just had a look at my Modem logs - Im in Harrogate, due for upgrade with Leeds this month. Im on a couple of weeks old 256 modem.

Just had a reply in the broadband support newsgroup - apparently I should definitely now be getting 10mb. They are looking into why I'm not. Hopefuly it'll all be sorted soon - must say I'm pretty impressed with the speed of response in the newsgroups.
