Re: The Euro 2008 thread
Is it me, or is motty out of sync since the pictures came back? He's telling me things that have yet to happen on screen.
EDIT: And now the pics have gone again.

Re: The Euro 2008 thread
Yes it's just gone pear shaped again and to make matters worse Alan Green's verbal is now coming out of the tv speaker. Thunderstorm causing problems apparently.
Argh just missed a goal!

Yes, just a bit, but it does seem out of sync.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, it's the last time they organise a major football tournament.
Powercuts, Germany in the final, Holland out in the quarters, and England weren't even invited! They just don't get it do they?

In this instance I take no pleasure in being right, the Krauts were rubbish although the winning goal was class. Turkey were robbed, if Alan Shearer had been playing for them they would have really stuffed Germany, they lacked a heavyweight presence in the box.

Re: The Euro 2008 thread
Lehmann has been half decent for the majority of this tournament but it had to be tonight when he showed his true colours. As for those in front of him, Metzelder and Mertesacker: that pair are always going to struggle against anyone with an ounce of quality.
