Web space stat counter
Hi all
Is anyone else having problems with Virgin Media web space's stat counter? I'd like to see how many hits there have been on my website but I'm getting no chart loading, it just shows a red x:
Also when I click on "Detailed stats", I get the following error message:
I'm guessing this is going to be a tech issue but I'm trying to avoid having to contact VM about it as it will inevitably be time consuming and unfruitful.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Re: Web space stat counter
Years ago when they were NTL, I was having problems with my own personal website I made, I called them up and they said they dont support FrontPage Extensions( or something like that) and I couldn't get ANY counter to work, and there was a few other bits too, which I cannot remember now off the top of my head, but I also had a problem with the content on the web not updating after I'd updated it, people had to spend around 10 mins refreshing the page for the changes to show up.

I should add that 'statcounter' is the name of the tool, if you google it you will find.
Use it on all of my websites. Its good, better now it has a 500 log for free.

I use both together with awstats on the server (which monitors Google itself and the other search engines).
I have to say that Statcounter and Awstats get used much more though as I prefer the interface.
