Of my 20Gb drive, i'm using personally, about 5Mb of spcae for saved games, 2Gb for Halo and Crash Bandicoot 3.
8Gb free. Rest is used by the Xbox.

Then it's me that's probably not using my 360 to the full then, I have probs filling it with 10gig even with quite a few arcade games and the odd demo, so I think you've changed my opinion on the Elite now anyway.
But I can fill 1.5tb on on PC with no probs though.

I think i have about 3Gb left on my 20Gb and i have had it since launch, so i wouldn't say that your not using it to the full. Mines filled up with game saves from quite a lot of games that i have or have previously owned and a few demos, i don't think i would be able to get anywhere near filling a 120Gb one.

Yes it was £100 for than the next one down but the 120GB HDD is £130ish.

I got my 120GB off ebay a few months ago for £65 brand new, couple of my mates did the same.

You don't "need" an HD TV, but it will look better using one.
If you've only just bought a 360 + PS3, what have you & your underage kids been playing GTA IV on?
