Yeah, I realise that.
I had an appointment to have it swapped out but I cancelled it because India couldn't agree with accounts. One was saying I had to have a separate billing account, the other was saying I wouldn't. One said there'd be a modem in the post that night, one said there was an engineer booked (levels, as you say).
Like I said, right now I need to be online and I am. I'm happy with it just like that until everything's hunky dory. I don't need an SACM just yet. The stories coming through from the VM groups at the time put me right off attempting any change until (or IF) absolutely necessary. People were reporting speeds like dial up. At the moment, I'm getting full speed and full services. Why tempt fate.
