Re: WWE Judgment Day
I'm definitely pushing for another refund but like I said earlier, I'm still waiting for my refund for Wrestlemania. I got charged for it on my April bill and they said the credit would appear on my May bill of which I'm yet to receive.
The problem I have is as much as I want to ring up and cancel right now, this is the only problem I'm having with Virgin. Everything else has been fantastic and last year I rang to complain about how much i was paying and they cut me a fantastic deal. If only they could get the PPV's right then everything would be fine!

Re: WWE Judgment Day
the picture + sound have been cutting on + off with me since it started + there blaming it on adverse weather conditions.
i have been able 2 watch it though which is better than nothin i guess. really tempted not 2 order another wrestling ppv on sky box office ever again as its only when its on there do the problems start.

somethin is seriously suspicious here, the picture + sound have been cuttin out as i stated b4 but literally 10 seconds b4 the main event ends + everythins ok again.

Re: WWE Judgment Day
I've just called VM and customer services were really helpful (for a change) and said that I was the only person who had rang. She told me that I need to call the faults department so that it can be logged on the system to see if there is enough complaints to give automatic compensation.
I rang the faults department and she said that a few people had rand about this but not many, not enough to give automatic compensation, and logged everything on the system. She told me to call back later to see how the matter was progressing. So, no money back yet. On the plus side my credit for Wrestlemania has gone through!

I wasn't blaming Sky. It just seemed like people got excited over dissing VM about it, when Sky were having problems too.
