lost favourites/channel order

This happened overnight, the channels have lost the order that I spent hours setting up! Did this happen to anyone else?

Yep, it's been known to happen before - not to me luckily!!! Just a problem with the software. All you can do is find a spare hour or two and redo them
Sorry!!

It's happened to me before, I don't know why.

The only thing I can recommend is that when you re-set the channel order, you do it "backwards", ie instead of starting with the one you want at the top first, you leave that till last.

That way you can scroll down the list, find the one you want that will be last in your line of "favorites" and use the "move to top" facility. Then you find the second to last one, move that to the top etc.

This saves you having to shift them up to the top and then down one line at a time which is a total drag.

Of course it would be better if the STB didn't lose them in the first place...

Cheers, nice idea. Still not looking forward to it though!
