Is this tv any good?

Looking to get either a 42" or 47" HD tv for my living room. Ideally looking to spend no-more than £700. Want to get as much bang for my buck as i can! Seen the one in the above link and it looked pretty decent but if anyone can recommend me a better one for within my budget i'd appreciate the advice. Will be having Sky SD and my 360 hooked up to it until i can upgrade to Sky HD later in the year. One important thing for me is that there is no jerkiness or stuttering on fast moving objects, like my budget HD tv i currently use.

CNET.co.uk judgement:
Provided you can manage to feed it plenty of high-definition fodder, the L42VP01 is a fair value big-screen option. But if you're still stuck in a standard-definition world, the L42VP01's HD bias means you should probably look elsewhere for your next TV
