I cancled my TV with VM due to getting charged Diff to what I was promised..
Also getting charged a £10 late payment Fee as I was told last month not to pay that months Bill as I would be in credit. So I did'nt pay last months, but I did phone them March 6th (£36 in credit and unable to pay anything) and again March 26th (Still £36 in credit and was unable to pay even the service charges, I was told payment would not be accepted by the system as I'm I am currently in credit and a DD was Due April 16th anyway) I did get the £10 refunded after calling 150 today when I read my Bill.(on my next bill)
